Working out was such a huge part of my life growing up due to playing lots of sports. It ended up becoming a strong part of my identity so much to the point that I can’t ever see myself going a day without it. It’s like a drug to me, I’m just hooked. Now it's my duty and obligation to teach this lifestyle to others.

My inspiration actually came from a lady I used to train with who at the time had just turned 50 years old and she decided to become a group fitness trainer. She told me then that you're never too old or young to pursue your dreams.

Why Train with me

    I currently hold the 6 PBC blitz record, losing 18% body fat and putting on 900gm of muscle in just 6 weeks. I know exactly what needs to be done to get to your goals.
